Mark Rogers
President
Mark Rogers founded Lone Mountain Aircraft (LMA) in 2008, believing that buying and selling aircraft should be turbulence-free. Today, LMA provides a complete range of aircraft sales and acquisition services, meeting the needs of individuals and companies across the U.S. and in Europe.
As a Cirrus pre-owned sales partner, Lone Mountain is the largest reseller of Cirrus Aircraft. It has expanded into other famous general aviation aircraft, including Embraer, Pilatus, Cessna Citation, TBM, and Piper Meridian.
Mark has been involved in over 2,000 aircraft transactions and has spent over 5,000 hours in the cockpit. In addition to Lone Mountain Aircraft, Mark has founded several other aviation companies, including AvCap Financial, Lone Mountain Jet Management, Lone Mountain Flight Training, AND Lone Mountain Aircraft Maintenance.
Mark spends time at home in Dayton, OH when he’s not in the office or flying for work.

Brian’s passion for aviation began as a young child when he sat in the cockpit of the F-4 his uncle flew in the U.S. Air Force. From that moment on, he knew he wanted to be a pilot!
He joined the Lone Mountain team in 2022, bringing with him over 20 years of industry experience and over 6500 flight hours in 45+ types of aircraft. Brian is an alum of Kansas State University’s professional pilot program and holds a Master’s in Aviation Management and Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
Brian lives in Wichita, Kansas with his wife Christy and their three children. They enjoy traveling and experiencing new things together as a family.
Ryan Yenger
Director of Aircraft Maintenance
After serving in the United States Marine Corps as a helicopter flight technician, Ryan went to Airframe and Powerplant school and worked part-time at Airborne Express as a technician. He was eventually hired on as an Airframe and Powerplant Technician, performing various airframe and powerplant maintenance functions for 15 years.
At that time, Ryan moved into government contract work at L-3 Communications (now L3 Technologies), serving as a Senior Field Engineer in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Kuwait.
Ryan came to Lone Mountain in 2013 to serve as the Director of Maintenance for Lone Mountain Aircraft Maintenance. He oversees employees and everyday maintenance activities, tool calibration, tool and equipment upkeep, annual maintenance inspections, and ensuring all technical data is up to date. Ryan also performs return-to-service flights for aircraft recently undergoing major maintenance to ensure quality and safety before releasing the aircraft to our customers.
Ryan has three children, Cole, Hensley, and Clay, and resides in Jeffersonville, OH, where he is active as a Township Trustee. He enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing.
Adrian Bayer
Lead Technician
Adrian graduated with his A&P and an associate degree in 2012 at age 16. He began working for Spectra Jet in 2012, performing heavy phase inspections and structural repairs on Lear jets and Challengers.
In early 2018, he transitioned to Lone Mountain and obtained his IA.
He enjoys aircraft refurbishing and structural repairs and working with the advanced avionics systems in Cirrus.
In his free time, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife, Janae, and two boys, Avery and Lincoln.
Courtney Clouser
Maintenance Coordinator
At 15, Courtney realized her passion for mechanical work and soon began looking into different mechanical industry careers. Both of Courtney’s grandfathers had ties to aviation, so she felt she had found her calling when she realized she could combine that piece of family history with mechanics.
Courtney joined Lone Mountain Aircraft Maintenance in January 2019. She manages all of our aircraft parts and monitors those in use. She also runs our used parts website and ensures that all warranty claims are current.
Caleb Mattox
Technician
Caleb Mattox joined the Lone Mountain team in 2021 following his service in the United States Marine Corps as an M1A1 Tank Crewman. As a licensed Airframe and Powerplant Technician (A&P), Caleb is responsible for inspection, supervisory maintenance, preventative maintenance, and altering aircraft and aircraft systems.
Caleb has taken his experience from his military service, in combat and training, and transferred those skills into an exceptional work ethic and organizational understanding which has helped produce the safe and high-quality service our customers expect.
Caleb enjoys working on cars, traveling, and spending time with his family in his free time.
Samuel Gieseke
Technician
Samuel Gieseke graduated in 2014 with his Airframe and Powerplant Certification and an associate degree in Aviation Maintenance Technologies.
After completing his A&P Certification, he started his aviation career at Airborne Engineering and Maintenance Services, where he worked on Boeing 777, 767, 757, and 737 cargo and passenger as a heavy maintenance technician.
After almost 10 years with Airborne, Samuel works with us at Lone Mountain Aircraft as an expert Cirrus Aircraft Technician.
Isaac Hart
Technician Intern
Isaac joined the Aviation Maintenance program at Laurel Oaks Career Campus at the age of 16. As an unlicensed mechanic, he previously performed fuel tank maintenance on Boeing 757 and 767 aircraft. Isaac joined the Lone Mountain team as an intern in April of 2023 and enjoys learning from other technicians whenever possible. He then received his Airframe License in May of 2023. He plans to go to school to work towards his full A&P License.
Cody Kidd
Technician Intern
Cody joined our team in April of 2023. He is a graduate of the Aviation Maintenance program at Laurel Oaks Career Campus. Previously, Cody volunteered at Tri-State Warbird Museum as a Mechanic maintaining their Second World War aircraft collection.
He is currently working towards completing his Airframe License and Powerplant License.
